New Freebie Element Set! (Black-White-Pink)

It’s been awhile since I have released a freebie set, and I have neglected you girlies that use black backgrounds for awhile, so I have released an elements set especially for you. Simple, but sleek, in black, white, and pink, it includes an extensive collection of buttons as well as a header to add a little something to that existing page that maybe needs a new tweak, or help a new flirt with some starter imagery for that new listing. As always, please obey the terms of usage:

1) Do not claim the images as your own work.

2) Do not hotlink any images, you MUST host these images yourself or on a free image hosting site.

3) You say “Lara freakin rocks” 3 times while they are downloading. (If you have a high speed connection you may want to practice saying it very quickly.) Other than that they are yours for the taking, enjoy! =)

My hotlinking post was depressing lol, so I decided to go ahead and toss out a few freebies I had in the works and launch the new section to the site I’ve been tinkering with, Sparklewhore Elements. Not everyone wants a full out design, and I know many of you enjoy working on your listings yourselves, tweaking them and making them your own. For those that don’t want the whole package, but occasionally like to spice thing up, I will be offering both free and premium elements to spice up your pages. Elements are everything from backgrounds, buttons, picture accents, listing “sets”, and even pre-made headers or other imagery. As it grows I’m sure it will expand to things I haven’t even thought of yet, but to announce the launch I’ve done up a little starter flirt freebie elements set. The set contains header and coordinating buttons for a white background listing.

Yes, that’s right, I’m alive lol. Been forever and a day (okay maybe 2 days), but I do have a couple sets of freebie buttons and more stuff in the works for you all. Thinking of making some changes to the site. The last few months my schedule has gotten a bit (ok alot) chaotic between work and life, so I am looking at making some adjustments and possibly focusing more on premadestuffs. Not sure yet what all might be done, may have a site redesign in the works too.

Ok, I promised to make the freebie shortage up to all and here it is…Button frenzy '07!

As you all voted there is a set of call buttons as well as 3 different style of listen, buy now, and spoil buttons. Round one of Button Frenzy '07 is is pink themed, but there will be more colors coming in future rounds!

Freebie Niteflirt Chicklets

Since the end of the affiliate program we can no longer use the NF affiliate ads, so I have done up a few for those that would like to use them to still get their tell-a-friend bonuses. Freebie – Niteflirt ad!

Okay I am starting a new series of freebies – Niteflirt ads! The next few weeks or so are going to focus on giving you something a little different to use for your Niteflirt affiliate banners. Here is the first in the series, a simple sexy red:

Just right click and save, then when you look at the html for you ad replace the url for the image source with the url where you are storing the image. There will be a lot more coming soon in different themes, color styles and sizes. Also I will take requests for custom work if you are interested ($10 each featuring 1 photo, blinking text in asst styles and copyright/watermark for your site), but there will be tons of freebies to choose from!

Well just a quick post here because I have a family picnic to get to here in a bit. Been a busy few weeks around here for sure. I am starting to get better at working the home/busines1/business2 dynamic. For awhile it seemed every waking minute was filled with Photoshop, taking calls and attempting to remember to eat.

Freebies coming!

So unfortunately I was a bad SparkleWhore and haven't gotten any freebies up recently. I am starting to organize my schedule a bit more and rather than making lists for the day, I am starting to get more detailed and blocking out chunks of time. It seems to be working better and I don't feel as guilty when I say "Ok, from 10pm to 12 am I'm putting the laptop down and watching 2 of the 40 hrs on my DVR I haven't gotten to!". My poor DVR thinks I've abandoned it. My babbling aside i am going to start devoting 2 hours a week to freebies. The weekends are harder for me to work big projects usually so I aam going to set freebies on the weekends. I think I may put a little poll up too to see what kind of freebies you all would like to see.

Bookings:

As far as other design projects go, right now I am booked pretty much for the next 2 weeks. If you have sent an email but I haven't gotten back to you – don't worry. You're accounted in that time lol. I may be able to get to new projects sooner than that but it will just depend on how the current ones go.

Templates – Giveaway contests!

Another template has sold, there are now only 2 of each left. I am also scheduling time to do a lot more here soon when I can. I was also thinking I might start up some template give-aways. I have to think a bit on the format of entering the contest and how the winner will be chosen, but I am going to start giving away at least 1 template a month. So definitely stay tuned on that!

Also I will be updating my mailing list to automatically email you when new templates are added, so if you haven't signed up yet there is a link in the sidebar to do that!

Freebie buttons & News

Okay, the update first. I am making some minor changes on the site, mainy in the freebies and portfolio areas. I am going to be reorganizing a bit so bear with me through the mess please!

I have a few new completed projects to add to the portfolio, so make sure to take a peek later today or tomorrow!

Now for the freebies! A couple of sparkly NF buttons for your mails:

These are primarily for white backgrounds so if you use them on dark there may be tiny white corners that show through. Allso if you are interested in custom button hit me up. I can customize these for you or do you up a custom animated set for a very reasonable amount. I will have more freebie buttons coming soon though, so you can always hold out for those!
